ARTICLE SUBMISSION REGULATIONS

1. The first author(or correspondent) of the submitted manuscript should be a member of IKEEE.

2. Manuscript must contain research results in the areas of electrical and electronics engineering which is original and unpublished before in other domestic and international academic journals. For the policies on the research and publication ethics not stated in this information, international standards for editors and authors

(http://publicationethics.org/international-standards-editors-and-authors) can be applied.

3. Acceptance of the manuscript is determined by the editorial committee through the pre-defined peer-review process.

4. Manuscript can be prepared either in English or Korean.

5. In the case of Korean papers, the title, abstract, figure caption, and table caption must be written in both Korean and English.

6. In writing English author name, the last name must follow the first name. (example: Gil-Dong Hong)

7. The order of the authors of the dissertation should be determined by the degree to which they contributed to the study under agreement between the co-authors.

8. Manuscript to Journal of IKEEE is accepted via electronic submission only (http://ikeee.jams.or.kr). Authors are requested to prepare manuscript by using the officially approved templates that can be found in the homepage of IKEEE, in which all the styles and formats are prescribed. Manuscript must be prepared using HWP. Twelve (12) pages (100 words/page) in A4 sheet including all the figures and tables is considered as a standard length of the submitted manuscript.

9. For the short paper, the submitted manuscript mus not exceeds more than four (4) pages using the two-column camera ready format provided by IKEEE.

10. Author must upload the completed form 'Confirmation of the author's guide for submission and publication in the Journal of IKEEE' together with the prepared manuscript. The form can be downloaded from the IKEEE site (ikeee.jams.or.kr).

11. All the author(s)' information must be input by on-line. It is important that the author(s)'s information must not appear in any submitted or revised manuscript which are prepared for peer-review. In general, change of the authors in revised manuscript is not allowed.

12. Manuscript must be prepared in order of title, abstract, main body of paper, appendix, and reference. In the bottom of the abstract, more than five(5) keywords in English must be provided.

13. Chapters must be numbered by Roman number (I, II, III, ...) and Sections must be numbered by Arabic number (1, 2, 3, ...).

14. In the case of manuscript written in Korean, captions for Figures and Tables must be provided both in Korean and English. Figure captions are described at the bottom of the figure and table captions are described at the top of the table. Figures and tables are numbered as 1, 2, 3, ... Examples: Figure 1. This is the caption of the figure., Table 1. This is the caption of the table.

15. Reference must be written in English, in the order of its appearance in the manuscript.(Name of journal, book title, and conference title must be written in Italics.) The following examples show the format for the reference.

16. Reference must be numbered in order of its appearance, and the number must be placed on the right side of the cited statement in square bracket ([1][2], [5] [3-5]).

17. After the final decision for the acceptance of the manuscript, authors must prepare camera-ready manuscript file (including authors' photos and brief biographies) using word processor program in accordance with the provided paper format and author's submission guideline. and directly upload the file to the homepage of IKEEE.

18. In the camera-ready manuscript, author names must be shown between the title and abstract. Foot notes must shown at the bottom of the first page. All authors' affiliations, and the corresponding author's e-mail address and phone number must be shown.

19 Acknowledgement, Manuscript received date, revised date, accepted date should be written in Englishh (ex. Manuscript received . , 20**; revised . , 20**; accepted . . 20**)

20. Authors' biographies must be shown at the last page of the camera-ready manuscript in English.

21. Authors must pay submission fee (regular paper: 40,000 KRW/page, and short paper: 280,000KRW) Additional 100,000KRW must paid when the paper includes acknowledgement statement.
